Applied Materials’ Chorng-Ping Chang Named 2016 IEEE Fellow

Applied Materials, Inc. announced that Dr. Chorng-Ping Chang, who leads the company’s strategic external research with universities and industry consortia, has been named a 2016 IEEE Fellow.
